  • Yes! All yoga classes, meditations, and group coaching calls will be added to the Patreon library at least 1 week after they record.

  • Every live session (mediation, yoga, and coaching) are 60 minutes long with a 15 minute buffer before and after to connect with your community and ensure that everything is working correctly.

  • Do to the nature of digital content, I do not offer refunds. However, you have the ability to cancel your subscriptions at any time.

  • Apple has introduced a new system with their apps that charges an extra 30%. If you would like to avoid this extra fee, subscribe to Patreon through your internet browser or an android app and not an iOS app.
